  • Our Adult fitness classes support adults personally striving for God’s best in physical, mental, and spiritual health and modeling healthy living in their families, churches, and communities.

Join us for any of our current Adult Group Fitness classes!
Please register for the dates you are able to attend. If you need to register weekly, return back to this form to do so. Each class is $5.

Stretch with Nicole (Coed) | Thursdays | 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Stretching is a mind and body practice. In this class we will combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to promote your mental and physical well-being.
