Maryville Christian School is a ministry offered by First Baptist Church Maryville. MCS opened
their doors in the fall of 2004 with five students in the first Kindergarten class. Since this
first class, MCS enrollment has grown each year growing to 23 the second year, then 47 the third,
78 the fourth, 109 the fifth, and are currently at 138 students for the 2009-2010 school year and
growing. MCS will offer grades K-7 for 2009 - 2010 with plans to add 8th grade in 2010-2011.
In addition to an after school Band Program, Cross Country, and Girl's Basketball, we are pleased to add Boy's Basketball and Yearbook Club to our fast growing list of extracurricular activities. As we continue to grow, we hope to offer other opportunities for our students such as, but not limited to; Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Drama and more.
